Context

RTE, responsible for the high-voltage electricity network in France, is undergoing a major transformation set for completion by 2026.

This transformation includes the creation of five new supervision rooms, requiring clear communication and adequate preparation for teams to understand and adapt to the new work configurations.

Solution

The application is accessible via a web browser or a VR headset, offering different interactive experiences depending on the platform. It includes three modes:

Guided Tour: Users are accompanied by a robotic guide to explore key points of interest and meet members of the technical team.
Free Mode: Autonomous exploration of the premises with opportunities to interact with different roles in the supervision room.
Job Scenarios: Simulations of real-life situations, such as crisis management, to familiarize users with operational procedures.
